  • Do you have more images?

    Yes! If you have an interest in a city, state, activity or category that we do not have listed in our catalog or on our site, fill out our contact form, give us a call or send us an email. We’ll happily put together a special interest sheet with images geared towards what you're looking for. We have over 44,000 images so chances are we have something you’ll love.

  • Can I add or change text on an image?

    Yes! We have the ability to personalize your order with custom text. Please refer to our personalization guide for detailed ordering instructions. All images that can be customized are noted in the image description. If you see an image you’d like to personalize that isn’t marked as customizable, please send us an email and we’ll try our best to work with your requests.

  • How long will my order take?

    All orders are completed on a first come first serve basis. While we aim to have orders completed within 2-3 weeks, it does depend on how busy we are, and how large your order is. If your order timeline changes, we will always send an email with an updated estimate. Shipping times may vary depending on the courier.

  • Will all of my frames look the same?

    No. They will not look the same, BUT that's what makes our frames special! Each frame will likely have different grains, colors, markings, knots, holes, and wood imperfections but this is normal and a part of what makes each of our handmade, rustic and upcycled frames unique!

  • Is there an order minimum?

    Yes. If you are a new customer, our opening order minimum is $250. If you are already an existing customer our minimum order is $200.

  • What if I can't pick up my order?

    That’s ok! While we recommend picking up your order (especially if you are in CO) we do offer shipping. Please note shipping rates will vary depending on your order. We will send you a shipping quote that must be approved before we begin working on your order.

  • How do I become a wholesale customer?

    If you are interested in purchasing our products, but are not currently a customer please fill our our new customer form. Once we determine you are eligible to purchase our products as a wholesale customer you will be able to shop our site!

  • I don't have a wholesale license, can I still purchase from you?

    Unfortunately we are only selling wholesale at the moment. We hope we can sell directly to consumers in the near future. If you wish to purchase one of our images in a barnwood frame, we recommend sending us an email and we’re happy to direct you to a retailer near you.

  • Help! I have a question but it is not addressed on the FAQ Page.

    We’re happy to answer any additional questions you may have. We recommend filling out our contact us form with any questions or concerns and we will reach out within 1 business day.

  • How do I check out if I want to use net terms?

    Our site platform currently does not support terms as a form of payment during the checkout process. However, once you are approved to purchase from us, we will provide you with a personalized discount code for 100% OFF that will allow you to check out without having to pay immediately. We will then generate an invoice to reflect the terms we have set and send it to you.
